Here’s a video of an impromptu rooftop set we did recently on the Lower East Side, 2nd Street between A and B to be precise. A perfect night, a nice breeze, a great view. It’s the last song of the evening, “Honey Be.” It’s one of the three new songs we recorded in a studio in New York during the last few weeks. Something we’re calling “The Summer Sessions.” All three are now available for streaming on the Listening Post page. And one of them – “The River Will” is available here as a free mp3 download. Enjoy. And let us know what you think. Either via email or the ubiquitous FB page.

And please don’t forget to check out the Archives page for NEW Trypes material. Well, not new, but, you know. Songs to listen to and photos to look at.
Speed the Plough is pleased to let you know that Swerve, our first album in 15 years, is now available. CDs are available at CD Baby and digital downloads from iTunes, Amazon and CD Baby. And we’ll let you know when the other “Summer Sessions” songs are avalable and where.
